The method of foundry cores manufacturing includes the manufacturing of feeding gate system by successive installation of a well and typical cone shell elements. Typical elements are made of refractories (chamotte, for instance). Cast models with feeders are fixed in slots, made on the side of the feeding gate system. 2-5 layers of fire resistant suspension are laid and dried up, after this models are cast and the mold is ignited. Molds are double-strength, which allows to perform molding without the use of supporting filler. The molds casting method includes manufacturing hollow cone shell elements and a well of chamotte or other refractories, and using them for the assembly of the feeding gate system. Slots are made on the sides of shell elements. Using investment casting ceramic shell molds with feeders are made. These investment-cast molds with feeders are inserted into slots. The construction is placed into a casting box with filler for further casting into molds. Strength improvement of shell molds and cost saving by means of using cheap refractories. Goal achieved Washer screws parts wearing functionally equal to separate screw hubs may reach 50 per cent and more of its initial weight without destructive impact on the performance qualities of the screw. Besides the technology of washer screws gave a number (a cascade, to be exact) of direct and indirect positive effects. Considering some features, washer screws excel their equivalents many times, some features and possibilities of washer screws are inaccessible for the equivalents at all, such as: forming a spiral ridge on the screw surface does not depend on the nonuniformity at any section (conical, curved, oval, faceted or any other). Inner spiral (counter-spiral) surfaces may be produced using washer screws technology as easy as external surfaces, and they can obtain all the features of external spirals. And all this is done with no screw-cutting tools. Description Pressing mechanism of the screw press is based on washer screws technology for production targets, specifically for the extension of screws operating life and for higher efficiency of pressing mechanisms performance in soybean processing for edible oil extraction and cake production. For more than 6 years of exploitation in production the washer screw technology proved itself to be positive and efficient. Particularly, the employment of the washer screw technology allowed to remove soybean cake second pressure, as residual oil content in cake after first pressure was 7,4 per cent in comparison with 12 per cent with double pressing with the use of traditionally fabricated screws. Goal achieved Avoiding shattering of grain, grain selection purity, performance improvement with metal consumption decrease. Description Useful model refers to agriculture, namely, to agricultural machinery. A well-known model of grain piler is produced by Rostselmash and contains inclined chain conveyor with two T-disposed feeders where conveyor belt segments serve as scrapers (“MZS 90 self-moving grain piler”). The other well-known loading conveyor of the grain piler where flat scrapers from the conveyor belt are used. Their disadvantage is low technical qualities of the grain piler, especially of grain shattering, its quality of selection from the stream surface and low performance of the grain piler in equal conditions. This useful model is chosen as a prototype. The goal of this useful model development is improvement of technical qualities of the grain piler, especially grain shattering, quality of selection from the stream surface and performance of the grain piler. The goal is to be achieved by the edges of feeding conveyors scrapers, is in contact with the stream surface in the form of brushes (for instance, brushes made of conveyor belt segments contacting with the stream surface, have frequent vertical cut slots), the edges of feeder scrapers on the part of grain piler board are bent towards the stream course, and the two edges of the inclined conveyor scrapers are bent towards the stream course, i.e. made in the form of a groove, with cuts made in scrapers in the bend point on the side of the scraper contacting with the groove. Equipping the scraper conveyor with feeder scrapers nodes with cut slots on the side of the scraper contacting with the stream course allows, firstly, not to scrape grain from the stream surface, but to sweep, i.e. to reduce grain shattering, secondly, copy the stream surface more accurately, i.e. increase the purity of grain gathering. Angle increase between the moving board of the moving grain piler and the scraper feeder allows to reduce grain nipping by the board, and the scraper of the inclined conveyor in the form of a groove allows to increase the grain volume captured by each scraper, i.e. improve the performance of the grain piler. Cut slots in the inclined conveyor scrapers allow to exclude chain jam when small foreign particles are found in grains, as the edge of the scraper is to bend and will let a small stone, for instance, pass. Goal achieved Information on dynamics and heat transfer in a mold. Description Steel continuous cast models The invention refers to hydrodynamics of liquids in a mold. The device contains a transparent mold with wide and narrow sides, a water flow cell-shaped dish, a pouring tank with a stopper and a pouring nozzle with outlets for feeding water to the mold, a socket with a collector for water diversion, and two video cameras connected with a computer. The mold is built-to-scale (1/4÷1/3) relative to size of an industrial mold. Sides of the mold taper towards the bottom part at an angle α =1÷1,5° to the vertical. Video cameras are located with the possibility of registering liquid streams washing wide and narrow sides of the mold. In the side panels of the pouring nozzle a groove having a foam insert with permeable separating partitions is made and filled with colouring liquid. Increase in the efficiency of modeling liquid dynamics in a mold is reached. The invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to the mold coolding modeling. The model contains heat pipes located in the side panels of the mold. Heat pipes are connected to the heating unit and a collector and covered with a shell. The heating unit has a form of a pipe where a heat transfer agent and an electric heating element are installed. Thermocouples installed under the shell in the heating unit and the collector, a cooling atmosphere speed sensor are connected to the mold model automatic control system. A number of heat pipes in the model is chosen as n=3-10. The outside diameter (d) of a pipe, the finning diameter (d1), the pipe length (l), the diameter of the heating unit (Ä) and its length (L) are correlating as follows: d1/d=1,5÷1,7; Ä/d=2,8-3; L/d=18÷20; l/d=22-24. The device includes a refractory-lined (2) container (1), two 18kHz-5MHz electric vibration generators (3). The generators are connected to the two devices (4) for vibration input into hardening metal. The devices (4) for for vibrations input are made of quartz and have a work surface producing vibration of 50-78 sq mm in area. Efficiency of massive castings production in the molds is improved. The invention refers to foundry, particularly, to devices for castings production with the use of refractory-lined molds, and for foundry alloys. The invention is referred to foundry and serves for producing rectangular-sectioned castings of with a ratio of width and height equal to 3-7. A chill is heated to reach the needed temperature by heating a pair of side panels having the length L, shaped as heat pipes, protection covering is applied and a comb-shaped heat pipe with heating and cooling zones and a collector is installed. Goal achieved Suggested modular and cell-type cooling towers are the alternatives to mechanical draft towers and are to serve mostly to industrial enterprises. They help to decrease energy consumption, are reliable, have a flexible control system and provide servicing ease. Multistage cooling towers are the alternative to tower-shaped ones and will serve to power plants and other recycled water large consumers. In addition to the above-stated qualities towers provide lower cooled water temperature in comparison with tower-shaped ones. As for the capitalized construction expenses they are 35-40% less. The EGRA technology allows not just build new cooling towers but also reconstruct existing ones of almost all types, extending greatly their operating life. Description As a result of research and development works in the scope of the “START” federal program the studies of heat-mass-exchange characteristics in the course of ejection were undertaken. Research results showed the major reasons of negative characteristics of baltimor cooling units. Based on these results the EGRA technology was developed to allow not just build new cooling towers but also reconstruct existing ones of almost all types. The technology framework is presented in four applications for the RF Patent registration, construction documentation is also developed for mounting and equipment production of all requested accessories. EGRA series cooling towers by practically all indexes 1,5-2 times excel existing equivalents. Particularly, cooling towers cooling capacity has been improved substantially with reducing operating pressure to 2-2,5 kgf/cm2 and have qualities of mechanical cooling towers and even exceed them. Thus, for instance, there is no condensed moisture removal. A water distribution system is excluded from the active zone and is easily accessible. An anti-icing system is used in cooling towers constructions and any unit is free-accessible. Description Currently automatic operation of parts and mechanisms of most small arms produced in the world is based on the principle of exhaustion of powder gases from the bore before the bullet leaves it. As a result, as soon as the bullet passes the gas-escape hole some of the gases will rush into the gas cylinder and exert pressure on the piston providing mobility of the bolt carrier, at the same time the pressure in the space behind the bullet will drop sharply, which is evidently to affect the parameters of muzzle velocity in the direction of decrease. The proposed invention does not provide for exhaustion of powder gases during a shot, the entire gas energy throughout the entire length of the barrel is focused on acceleration of the bullet, and reloading of the weapon occurs as a result of pressure of the gases emitted after the bullet, having effect on the mobile recoil compensator that works on the bolt carrier via a rack (cord, chain) reciprocating mechanism and ensures the movement of the bolt carrier back and forth. The proposed invention will provide an increase in the muzzle velocity. The construction element moving in the direction opposite to the recoil compensates the latter, which will inevitably lead to improvement in firing accuracy. Lack of a port in the barrel sidewall will allow to reduce vibration of the barrel drastically. Besides it is known that there are replication systems, including expensive equipment, multiple tools and trained human resources are developed for all types of small arms for mass armies in the world, therefore any modification of weapon construction shall inevitably lead to rearrangement of manufacturing, which requires huge financial costs, and only the weapon manufacturers in highly economically developed countries are capable of that.
